About Canadian Dentist
Finding a dentist usually starts with a practical question: who is open Saturday, who takes emergencies, who is taking new patients, and who accepts the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Canadian Dentist lists dental clinics in every Canadian city with the hours they publish and the services they list, and marks the clinics whose own website says they accept the CDCP. Our guides explain the CDCP and how to check a dentist's licence, from canada.ca and the provincial regulators' own sites.
Where the listings come from
Listings are compiled from public business listings and clinics' own websites: names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, opening hours and services. Dental labs, suppliers and associations are left out. “Accepts CDCP” appears only when the clinic's own site says so, with a link to the page and the date we read it.
No ratings, no paid rankings
We don't show ratings or reviews, and we don't call any clinic the best. Within a city, Featured listings come first and are labelled as paid placements; after that, claimed listings, then the most complete ones (hours, website, phone). Featured is a flat fee: no clinic pays us per patient or per request.
Clinics
If your clinic is here, claim it to add your services, languages, CDCP status and hours. Once claimed, data updates never overwrite your changes. If it isn't here, add it free.
Corrections and removals
Every listing has a “Report a problem” link. If a listing shows personal information, use it or see removing a listing. Removal requests are handled first.
What we don't do
- We don't give dental advice. Our guides are general information; your dentist can tell you what you need.
- We don't sell rankings, write reviews, or invent ratings.
- Featured placements are labelled, and their links are marked as sponsored.
